Responsible for executing asset health management tools such as PM, PDM, RCFA and others. Implement workflow (planning and scheduling) standards and hold organization to the standards. Manage and motive staff for development, advancement and high engagement.

Position Responsibilities

Direct daily and long-term planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance work for the specific area. Develop staff and motivate workforce for high performance maintenance team Establish and execute all preventive and predictive maintenance job plans as ranked by criticality Establish internal work standards and hold organization to the agreed standards Establish and manage yearly and long-term maintenance expense budget for the assigned areas Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Technical Degree B.S. and / or 5 years experience SMRP certification for Reliability Professional is desirable Working knowledge of budgeting, forcasting and scheduling; Vibration analysis, oil analysis, IR, UT, UE, MCE and RCFA are necessary. Proficiency in plant equipment and maintenance standards are essential. Lead a diverse group of salaried and unionized employees. Management and leadership abilities Advanced, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Maximo, SAP, OIS Good motivational, organizational and interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Good knowledge and understanding of current technology on predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, computerized maintenance management and reliability-based maintenance best practices and equipment knowledge.

    Responsibilities: The Calibration Laboratory Supervisor is directly responsible for the operation of and growing existing business for the calibration laboratory.
